Terms of Service

1. Who we are

These terms govern your use of the personal training and nutrition coaching services (the “Service”) provided by JA Visuals Ltd (company number 13463576, registered office 6 Barleycroft Lane, Dinnington, Sheffield S25 2LE), trading as “Get in Shape with Jamie”.

2. Acceptance

By signing up to the Service you confirm you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.

3. Eligibility

The Service is available to adults aged 18 or over resident in the UK. We do not currently provide services to under-18s or to clients outside the United Kingdom.

4. Service description

The Service includes personalised training programming, nutrition guidance and ongoing support delivered 1-on-1 by Jamie Allen. Full deliverables, schedule and communication cadence are described in the onboarding pack issued after you sign up.

5. Health & safety

You must complete a health questionnaire (PAR-Q) before commencing training. You agree to disclose any medical conditions, medications or injuries that may affect your ability to exercise safely. Our nutrition guidance is educational and is not a substitute for medical advice from a qualified clinician. Always consult your GP before starting any new training or nutrition programme.

6. Pricing & payment

Pricing for each coaching package is confirmed in writing before you sign up. Payment is by bank transfer (Faster Payments) to our Mettle business account. Payment instructions, including the unique reference you must use, are provided when you book. We do not accept card payments.

7. Cancellation & refunds (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

You have the right to cancel within 14 days of signing up without giving a reason, provided the Service has not started. To cancel, emailhello@getinshapewithjamie.co.uk. If you cancel after the Service has started, you will be charged for the proportion of the Service delivered up to the cancellation date.

8. Our right to refuse or terminate

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate Service to anyone who behaves abusively, dishonestly, or whose conduct creates a safety risk to themselves or others. Refunds in this case are at our discretion.

9. Limitation of liability

We will provide the Service with reasonable skill and care. To the fullest extent permitted by English law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages, and our total liability is capped at the fees paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in this clause excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Intellectual property

All training plans, nutrition plans, written content and supporting materials are the intellectual property of JA Visuals Ltd. You may use them for your personal training purposes but not redistribute, resell or publish them without written consent.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
